Top Down Restoration is a family-owned business with roots dating back over 20 years when our founder, Raja Yaqub, established Big Rose Restoration. Raja honed his craft working on both large and small buildings, primarily in Chinatown and Brooklyn, collaborating with multiple vendors and partners. With the addition of his son, Waras, to the business, we have since rebranded as Top Down Restoration and expanded our operations across all five boroughs of NYC.
